We all know the importance of drinking water to keep your body hydrated, but did you ever consider that a lack of water could actually cause you to become sick and overweight? This infographic from getskinnybehappy.com illustrates just how vital water is. Personally, I know I probably drink less water during the winter months, but this visual is a great reminder that the weather shouldn’t dictate how much you consume. Remember that when you feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated!
